Friends of Kannur association (FOKE) gave warm reception to famous South Indian film actor, screenwriter and director Sri Sreenivasan at Kuwait International Airport. Mr Sreenivasan came to Kuwait to attend the 6th anniversary celebration of FOKE, which will be held on Friday, April 1st, 2011 at Al Jeel Al Jadeed School auditorium, Hawally.
Splendid performances are lined up for the day with a unique first of its kind "Chenda Melam" by ladies from Kannur. Variety of dance programs from FOKE family will be enthralling the audience with some beautiful songs. To add to the euphoria, famous film star, director and script write Sri Sreenivasan will receive the Golden FOKE award instituted by Friends of Kannur Association.
Indian Ambassador to Kuwait HE Sri Ajai Malhotra will inaugurate the function. The function will begin at 3:00 pm sharp.
